    Controls feel cheap compared to arcade originals. Buttons stick occasionally and the joystick has too much lateral play. For a premium product, the components should be better. Customer service was slow to respond to my complaints. Might return if they cover shipping

    Fantastic cabinet overall! Controls feel great and the artwork pops. Minor complaint – the riser bolts were slightly misaligned during assembly. Took some extra effort but got it sorted. Online play works well though matchmaking can be slow at odd hours. Still highly recommend for KI enthusiasts

    This is a cool cabinet to have around for guests, and Killer Instinct still plays well. But I wish the build quality was a little better. It creaks when I lean on it during intense matches and the riser feels less stable than I’d hoped. Not terrible, but it could be improved.

    I’ve wanted this cabinet since it came out, and while it looks great in my home arcade, it’s not perfect. Some of the buttons feel stiff and took a while to break in. Also, the initial unit I received had a damaged side panel, though customer service was helpful in getting a replacement.

Only reason for 4 stars is the marquee could be brighter – it’s slightly dim compared to original arcades. Shipping was fast and customer service responded quickly when I asked about lighting adjustments
